About our Instructor

Patricia Pascual is a yoga instructor and yoga therapist with 500 hours of yoga training from Ananda Seva.  She is a registered professional with Yoga Alliance and has studied Thai Yoga Posturing at Sunshine School in Chaing Mai in Thailand.  She also has a Master Degree in Education and a Bachelor Degree in Social Studies where she taught High School in Maui for 9 years. 


PRICING

$75 per session for groups of 5 or less.  Add $15 for each additional person

Yoga Modalities

Vinyasa
-  Flows from one posture to then with next with breath

Iyengar-  Strength and alignment centered to provide a firm foundation

Power Yoga- a more intense practice that will "work you out".  a more athletic experiance 

Restorative-  Deeply relaxing and healing mode using props for ultimate comfort

Pre & Post Natal Yoga-  prepares and alleviates mom before, during, and after birth.  partners are encouraged to attend

Therapeutic Yoga-  this uses specific yoga practices and tools depending  on the individuals ailment, injury, issues,disease, condition, disorder, or imbalance on the physical, mental, or emotional level for deeper healing, recovery, and overall maintenance of health


How to Prepare for yoga session

1. Wear comfortable, loose clothing.  good for stretching
2. Allow your food to digest for at least 1-2 hours but an empty stomach is the best. 
3. Try eating a vegetarian or vegan diet even just for the day, help with the ease of the body during the session
4. During the session do not drink water as it interrupts with the stimulation and balance of the bodys systems.
5. After the Yoga session keeping good posture, breathing correctly, aware of how the body moves and proper body mechanics will continue to settle and integrate into the mind and body
